Operating in Toronto, this role focuses on delivering immediate support to justice-involved men at Homeward Bound Residence. Key responsibilities involve establishing rapport with residents, managing cases, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your expertise in crisis management and cultural competency will ensure an effective and positive living workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents in meeting court-ordered conditions
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions
• Monitor safety and risk management procedures




• Conduct regular security checks and wellness evaluations
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Social Services or related areas
• 2 years’ experience with addiction and mental health challenges
• First Aid/CPR certification and de-escalation training
• Experience in residential or community supervision settings
• Successfully pass a criminal record and background check
