Full Stack Software Engineer

We’re seeking a

Full Stack Software Engineer

to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure web applications and backend services that support the development and validation of our autonomous eVTOL aircraft. As part of the

STS Tools

team, you’ll develop world-class tools and infrastructure used across flight controls, autonomy, simulation, testing, manufacturing, and certification.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in office at our Mountain View or Montreal office.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using

React

(frontend) and

Node.js/Deno

(backend) with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

Implement application security best practices and write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Contribute to DevOps workflows, including

CI/CD

with GitLab,



and integrate with

Google Cloud Platform

services (GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run).

Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in full stack development with expertise in

React

and

Node.js

or

Deno .

Solid knowledge of application security and automated testing practices.

Hands‑on experience with

DevOps

and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid problem‑solving abilities and explicit, effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Production experience with

Node.js/Deno

and containerization tools ( Docker ,

Kubernetes ).

Experience with

Infrastructure as Code

(Terraform).

Passion for aviation, autonomy, and future mobility technologies.
