Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to promote client health and wellness

• Provide support in rehabilitation for elderly patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion of Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent
• BCLS/HCP certification required
• Minimum 1 year experience in elderly care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team
