Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day property management and maintenance
• Manage financial budgets, reports, and cost control
• Build robust relationships with tenants and property owners




• Lead and guide the property management team effectively
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in commercial property management
• Valid Rental Property Management Licence issued in BC
