Overview Our Client is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team.

Responsibilities: Facilitate design workshops with clients and internal project teams.

Be the first point of contact for business to manage & distribute the work within the design team.

Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers & engineers.

Be an expert in creating, analyzing, and testing the user journey.

Help conduct Design research, usability testing, and user interviews.

Conduct design audit and offer recommendations/solutions.

Produce design assets including user flows, site maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Rapidly iterate on wireframes and design prototypes.

Stay up to date on the current UX, visual design practices, and trends.

Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to functions & features.

Preference for working in a fast-paced -cooperative environment.

Must-Have: Must have 3 years experience in Design Research Methodologies/practices.

Must have 3 years experience in UX and UI Design for digital products including web & mobile.

Experience in managing reports Proficient in Sketch, InVision,



Zeplin & Mockflow Understanding of accessibility guidelines including AODA & WCAG Understanding Material design and iOS guidelines for Mobile Applications Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design Experience in using JIRA in an agile environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to handle/manage client communications.

Nice to Have: Experience working with Figma and Adobe Suite Experience in building and scaling design systems Experience in conducting usability testing and synthesizing solutions Additional Requirements: Must be eligible to work in Canada without restriction we cannot support international candidates or VISA processes at this time.

Location: this candidate should be residing within GTA or should be willing to relocate to GTA.

These positions will require the candidate to visit the office premises post the current pandemic situation. A degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other design-related discipline Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Well-rounded knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments.

Passion for well-designed products and not afraid to share and explain your ideas Experience running design operations and exhibiting previous product team leadership skills (being accountable to metrics, etc.) are also recommended.
