Role Focus: Selling Property & Casualty (Home/Auto/Commercial) and Life Insurance products Building long-term client relationships through needs-based selling Generating new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (P&C; and/or Life) Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly) Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills Highly self-motivated with a competitive, high-performance mindset What Were Looking For:
