Job Description Down East Hospitality Inc. is a multi-unit restaurant franchise that owns and operates 8 Tim Hortons Restaurants across HRM.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1-3 years of Tim Hortons experience and has knowledge of the quick service industry, taking pride in supporting the General Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced business.

What youll do Responsible for supporting restaurants with daily operations Pick up daily deposits from each restaurant and drop off at local bank Transfer product, coin, equipment, etc. within restaurants when needed ( must be able to lift 20-30lbs boxes) Deliver paperwork/supplies to and from restaurants and head office Help support restaurants and serve guests when restaurants are short staff, supporting the team and motivating them to meet speed of service goals Able to complete daily deposit and support restaurant with cash handling procedures Assist with calling support and troubleshooting when technical issues arise Assist with calibrations and cleaning of major equipment,



switching out broken equipment Assist with covering shifts and/or transporting team members from one restaurant to another Complete restaurant self-audits and help prepare the restaurants for their inspections Assist in serving guests where necessary and respond to special guest requests in a friendly manner Comfortable communicating with Restaurant Manager and Supervisors Help train new team members, rotate between restaurants to give support on the floor Coach and mentor the team when needed Apply to this job if you: Have valid drivers license and access to your own vehicle Have excellent communication skills Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences Are organized, results-driven and a proven multi-tasker Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and teammates Have strong operational experience Have a working knowledge of health and safety and food standards As part of our team, we offer you: Medical Benefits Car allowance Cell phone reimbursement Advancement opportunities Community Involvement Salary to be determined based on skills and experience.
