On this page About the position Duties As an Administrative Officer (Office space planning and accommodation projects), you will participate in the design and planning of workplace environments.
You will analyze requirements, prepare space plans, and develop functional and innovative design solutions.
You will coordinate project implementation while ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.

You need (essential for the job) Your application must clearly explain how you meet the following EDUCATION Successful completion of a post-secondary education program from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in Interior Design or a related educational field (ex Technician in Architecture) Learn more about . EXPERIENCE Experience in preparing interior layouts which includes furniture plans, constructions drawings and determining finishes or colours.
Experience in the planning and designing of office spaces using Auto CAD.KNOWLEDGE Knowledge in preparing cost estimates and managing a project budget.
Applied / assessed at a later date COMPETENCIES Demonstrating integrity and respect Thinking things through Working effectively with others Showing initiative and being action-orientedABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively orally.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to work with a 3D drawing software, for example, Sketchup-Pro.
Ability to manage projects for a successful delivery, managing contractors of different trades and coordinating between stakeholders (clients, contractors, IT professionals, moving companies).
