Technicianisresponsibleforpreventativeandunscheduledmaintenanceactivities,environmentalandsafetycompliance,andsupportingspecialprojectsallwithastrongfocusondeliveringoutstandingserviceandresidentsatisfaction.

Key

Responsibilities: General

Maintenance: Performscheduled,preventative,routine,andemergencymaintenanceasassigned.

Completemaintenancerepairspromptlytoensureresidentsafetyandsatisfaction.

Conductmaintenanceingarages,rooftops,mechanicalrooms,parkingareas,andcommonspaces.

Maintainin-depthknowledgeofbuildingsystems,includingHVAC,pumps,firesafety,andswimmingpools.

Ensuretoolsandcleaningequipmentareinsafeworkingcondition.

Ensuremechanicalandexitdoorsarealwayssecureandoperational.

Overseeandcoordinateworkbythird-partycontractors (e.g.,plumbers,electricians,painters).

Performgeneralcleaningdutiesincludinglitterpickup,sweeping,shoveling,andpowerwashing.

Keepgroundsandvacantunitscleanandwell-maintained.

Provideauthorizedaccesstounitsforservicepersonnelandaccompanyvendorsduringin-suitework.

Participateinemergencyresponseandon-callrotationasrequired.

Capableofliftingupto 25kilograms.

Performotherrelatedmaintenancedutiesasneeded.

Administration: Participateinmonthlyfireandlifesafetyinspectionsandannualemergencydrills.





Trackandmanagepartsandsupplyinventory;coordinatesupplyorderingasneeded.

Maintainallsafetylogsandchecklistsinaccordancewithcompanyprocedures.

Health &Safety;: Complywithallapplicablelegislationincludingthe

Residential

Tenancies

Act,Fire

Code,and

Occupational

Healthand

Safety

Act.

Followcompanyhealthandsafetyproceduresandemergencyprotocols (fire,flood,moldremediation).

Understandemergencyoperationofelectrical,elevator,boiler/chiller,andlifesafetysystems.

Ensurecontractorsadheretosafetyprotocols;reportanyinfractionsorhazardousconditionsimmediately.

Secureallcommonareas (laundryrooms,recreationspaces,lockerrooms)atscheduledtimes.

Customer

Service: Representcompanyvaluesandcultureinallresident,vendor,andpublicinteractions.

Respondprofessionallyandcourteouslytoresidentinquiries,feedback,andcomplaints.

Maintainarespectfulanddiplomaticattitudeinallresidentcommunications.

Promoteandsupportaservice-orientedteamenvironment.

Qualifications: Minimum 2yearsofrelatedmaintenanceexperiencepreferred.

Workingknowledgeofhealthandsafetyregulationsandpractices.

Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.

Provenabilitytocollaboratewithcolleagues,vendors,andresidents.

Comfortablewithsmartphoneandtabletuse.

Familiaritywith Microsoft

Office and Yardi

Voyager isaplus. 5th
