In this full time, permanent role, you will oversee complex mobile and static security operations, coordinating teams and ensuring client satisfaction. As a hands-on leader reporting to the VP of Operations, you will navigate daily challenges while fostering employee growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily security operations at multiple sites
• Ensure adherence to service standards and client expectations
• Conduct regular audits to identify improvement areas
• Manage fleet maintenance and vehicle safety




• Communicate with clients about service levels and staffing
Requirements:
• Experience in leading multi-site operations
• Robust leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Valid BC driver’s licence and acceptable driving record
• Availability for occasional after-hours support
