This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in office IT support and troubleshooting
• Implement integrated security solutions, including CCTV




• Communicate effectively with clients during service calls
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in office
• Manage incoming service requests and prioritize effectively
Requirements:
• A+ Hardware & Software certification required
• Valid BC driver’s license for client travel
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control is a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check
