Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver meals for residents and staff
• Review and follow menus and production sheets
• Conduct daily temperature audits for food storage




• Serve foods adhering to dietary guidelines
• Participate in planning special meal occasions
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and guidelines
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long shifts
• Vulnerable Sector Check completion or willingness to obtain
