As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, your role entails providing comprehensive resident care, medication administration, and maintaining proper documentation. You will work closely with various stakeholders, coordinating care plans and participating in residents' care conferences. Your skills in communication and critical thinking will be essential for ensuring the health and safety of our seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete residents' care assessments and documentation
• Administer medications following regulatory standards




• Supervise care provided by unregulated care providers
• Facilitate resident education and care planning
• Address resident/family concerns effectively
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current provincial registration
• Experience working with seniors
• Solid communication and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of gerontology and long-term care
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening within 6 months
