We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Business Applications Management (BAM) team within Global Operational & Enterprise Risk Management (GOERM).

The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting business and solution requirements for small to medium initiatives, delivering quality applications, and providing second-line support for application end-users.

This role is ideal for candidates with solid documentation skills, experience in testing, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills: o 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or program/project delivery roles o Strong documentation skills: ability to capture meeting notes, translate business needs,



and review solution design documents o Experience writing test cases and executing functional testing o Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and review technical documentation o Strong collaboration skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders o Experience with end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through testing and validation o Ability to review solution design documents created by technical teams and provide feedback Nice to Have: o Background in commercial or small business credit o Exposure to solution design documentation processes o Understanding of financial services or banking operations o Familiarity with data governance, data integrity, and compliance principles Education & Certifications: o Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field o No coding required, but must understand technical solutioning at a high level If you are qualified and interested in this position, please send your resume to Satish Chandra Mishra at today.
