As you report to the CFO, you will guide the Finance team through system enhancements and develop actionable insights for informed decision-making. Utilizing platforms like NetSuite, Power BI, and more, your role emphasizes effective process design and overcoming traditional manual workflows for maximizing efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



• Mentor Finance staff to partner with business teams • Promote changes for current systems and reporting tools • Create dashboards in Power BI for transparent financial reporting • Manage cash flow forecasting linked to redevelopment plans • Ensure compliance with funding agreements and audits

Requirements: • CPA certification and Bachelor's degree essential • 8–12+ years in finance, preferably in charitable sectors • Knowledge of NetSuite and BI/reporting tools • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
