They partner with leading construction companies across the commercial, industrial, residential, and agricultural sectors, as well as have multiple locations across North America.

Key Responsibilities
ensure timely, accurate cash collections and deposits.
Manage complex collections with contractors, ensuring compliance with the Construction Act and contractual requirements.
Reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and oversee invoice and statement distribution.
Administer holdbacks, statutory declarations, construction liens,



third-party financing, and monthly account credits.
Monitor delinquent accounts, recommend collection actions, and prepare documentation for liens and Small Claims Court.
Prepare month-end AR reports and support the Finance Manager.

Qualifications
5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections experience
Robust knowledge of the Construction Act, Construction Lien Act, holdbacks, and contractor collections.
Experience with SAP and Construction is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Highly organized with robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
