In this contract position, you will lead the Early RISErs program, collaborating with early childhood educators, speech-language pathologists, and behavioral interventionists. Your work will foster child development through engaging activities and support caregivers. You will play a vital role in ensuring a protected, inclusive, and playful experience where each child's uniqueness is celebrated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily program activities including free play and circle time
• Support children's sensory regulation and transitions
• Collaborate on planning engaging, developmentally appropriate programming




• Demonstrate effective strategies to caregivers for child engagement
• Maintain a safe and organized learning setting
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator certification (preferred)
• Experience with preschool-aged children with diverse needs
• Strong communication skills with parents and guardians
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team
• Criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
