Caressant Care is looking for dedicated Guest Attendants to support our long-term care residents. In this role, your compassion and knowledge of the Retirement Homes Act will directly impact our residents’ daily lives. You will work independently while following necessary guidelines to ensure outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents in daily activities and personal care
• Ensure smooth communication with staff and families
• Follow both verbal and written instructions as required




• Exhibit reliability and punctuality in your work ethic
• Apply First Aid and CPR knowledge when needed
Requirements:
• Formal education in relevant fields
• Experience working with vulnerable individuals required
• Understanding of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010
• Valuable command of English communication
• Must hold current First Aid and CPR certification
