Duties

- Profficient with Office Software (Word, Excel)
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate golf simulator to costumers.
- Prepare cocktails, pour beer, make coffee
- bartending experince is an asset
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.
- Light kitchen duties - straightforward cooking, prep work, and serving (no experience necessary as you will be trained)
- Cleaning and maintenance during all shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Open, monitor, and supervise overnight facility operations
- Assist customers with simulator setup, bay usage, and troubleshooting
- Monitor customer activity and enforce facility policies
- Handle customer check-ins, payments, memberships, and bookings
- Ensure cleanliness of simulator bays, lounge areas, washrooms, and common spaces
- Respond to customer questions and basic technical issues
- Monitor security systems and report incidents when necessary
- Perform cleaning and operational checks
- Restock supplies and maintain organized work areas
- Promote a skilled and welcoming atmosphere

Required Qualifications

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Minimum age requirement: 18+




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of making decisions independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability for overnight, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts preferred
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency
- Comfortable handling cash and payment transactions
- Comfortable engaging with customers and discussing products, services, memberships, and promotions
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while working in a busy environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Must possess valid Safe Serve certification

Assets (Not Mandatory)

- Marketing or social media experience
- Bartending experience
- Barista experience
- Golf knowledge or simulator experience
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience

Work Environment

- Indoor golf simulator facility
- Independent overnight work environment
- Moderate noise levels during busy periods
- Standing and walking for extended periods required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
