Position Overview

We’re hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to generate new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods, educating homeowners on our services, and booking jobs directly in the field. This is a high-energy, self-directed role best suited to someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives on hitting targets, and wants their income tied directly to their effort.

Key Responsibilities

- Canvass assigned neighborhoods on foot, going door-to-door to introduce Maritime Wash’s services
- Deliver a clear, confident pitch on house washing and window cleaning services
- Answer homeowner questions about our process, pricing, and scheduling
- Book estimates and close sales directly at the door where possible
- Accurately log leads, bookings, and customer information (using our tracking system/app)
- Follow up with interested homeowners who weren’t ready to commit on the first visit
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Represent Maritime Wash professionally — appearance, tone, and conduct reflect on the company
- Communicate daily with ownership on progress, challenges, and results
- Provide feedback from the field on customer objections, pricing sensitivity, and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

- Outgoing, confident, and likeable personality — you need to be comfortable approaching strangers all day
- Solid verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Resilience — able to handle rejection and stay motivated door after door
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Competitive mindset and genuine drive to earn




- Physically able to walk for extended periods, in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to get to assigned neighborhoods (required)
- Comfortable using a smartphone/app for lead tracking and reporting
- No sales experience required — full training provided
- Punctual and dependable; this role requires consistent daily effort to hit earning targets

Compensation & Structure

- 100% commission-based pay structure
- On-track earnings of $4,000–$7,000/month for reps who put in consistent daily effort
- Commission paid per booked/completed job (structure explained in training)
- Top performers have no cap on earning potential
- Seasonal role — runs through the peak cleaning season, with potential for return the following season or growth into other positions

- Full-time, seasonal

- Daytime hours, primarily weekdays with some weekend availability preferred

- Flexible start times, but consistent daily door-knocking is expected to hit earning targets
