MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the design and architecture of complex electronic hardware solutions.
- Define hardware design approaches, component selection strategies, and technical solutions.
- Own critical hardware subsystems from concept definition through production release.
- Lead schematic design, PCB development, hardware validation, and board bring-up activities.
- Analyze complex hardware issues and lead root cause investigations.
- Define hardware test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance during design reviews and engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and product teams.
- Manage technical interactions with suppliers and development partners.
- Support certification activities and compliance requirements.
- Lead product transfer activities and support manufacturing ramp-up.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced hardware engineers.
- Evaluate emerging hardware technologies and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to hardware roadmap and long-term technology strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,



or equivalent experience.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in electronic circuit design and embedded hardware development.

Technical Skills

- Expert knowledge of electronic circuit design and embedded hardware architectures.
- Advanced experience with schematic design, PCB development, and hardware debugging.
- Strong experience with embedded systems, power management, and hardware/software integration.
- Experience leading complex product development activities.
- Experience with suppliers, manufacturing transfer, and product certification processes.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and hardware innovation trends.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
