Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring that all guests receive high-quality service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering recommendations as needed.
- Assist with food preparation as required, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.




- Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and maintain responsible serving practices.

Requirements

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing outstanding guest services is highly valued.

Pay: $2,500.00-$2,800.00 per month
