Brown Culture Co. (BCC) is looking for ambitious creators who want to build something bigger than a social media account.

About the Role

As a Content Creator & Podcast Host, you'll help create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube while hosting podcasts, interviews and original series.

You'll work alongside the BCC team to bring fresh ideas to life while building your own on-camera presence.

Responsibilities

- Host podcasts, interviews and original video series.
- Interview artists, producers, entrepreneurs and creatives.
- Develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Help create recurring podcast segments and social series.
- Attend events and networking opportunities (when available).
- Collaborate with the creative team to grow BCC.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need professional experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable on camera (or eager to become comfortable)
- Passionate about music, culture and storytelling
- Creative and full of original ideas
- Confident communicating with people
- Reliable and consistent
- Interested in building both BCC and their own personal brand
- Excited to learn and grow

Option 2:
Find one area where you think BCC's content could be improved. Explain your idea and how you'd execute it.

We're looking for creativity, originality, and your ability to think like a content creator.

Location: Metro Vancouver (Hybrid)

Schedule: Flexible

Compensation: Unpaid internship with opportunities for future paid positions based on performance and company growth.
