About the Role

We’re open and ready for 2026 at 1360 Golden Beach Road, Bracebridge and are looking for MORE passionate and reliable team members.

Especially a few Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Year Round, Seasonal, Full time and part time. Restaurant is open 5 days a week, (Wed-Sun) for lunch and dinner.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timing during service
- Assist with prep, inventory, and stock rotation




- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For

- Previous kitchen experience preferred (1–2 years ideal)
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
