Applerose Renovation & Design is looking for an experienced Site Manager / Finishing Supervisor to join our growing renovation team. This is a leadership position for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, keeping projects on schedule, and leading crews to success.

You will work directly alongside Dan and Susan, helping manage multiple renovation projects while ensuring every job meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise residential renovation projects from start to finish.

Manage daily job site operations and keep projects on schedule.

Coordinate and supervise trades and labourers.

Delegate tasks effectively and ensure work is completed properly.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members.

Perform finishing work and assist hands-on when required.

Conduct quality control inspections and ensure exceptional workmanship.

Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the project.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Help solve problems in office and keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of renovation experience.

Strong finishing skills with attention to detail.





Experience supervising crews and managing renovation projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Works well independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, dependable, and professional.

Valid Ontario driver’s licence.

Reliable vehicle with the ability to travel between job sites.

Comfortable working throughout St. Catharines, Niagara Region, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and surrounding areas.
