Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions Prepare production and other reports Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Support for newcomers and refugees Does not require Canadian work experience Support for youths Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Support for Indigenous people Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 hours per week
