About the position We''re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to own our finance function end-to-end - budgeting, accounting, reporting, compliance, and operations.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role at a high-growth startup: you''ll be the go-to person for everything finance, working directly with the CEO and deeply with the business.

Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting - own the full budget cycle; partner with department heads on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and budget-vs-actual monitoring; identify cost-reduction opportunities Reporting & Analysis - deliver monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and KPIs; build and maintain financial models; consolidate statements across multiple entities Accounting & Operations - Manage day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, payroll, expenses); maintain audit-ready records; serve as primary contact for banks and financial institutions Tax & Compliance - Ensure U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance; coordinate with external tax/accounting firms on filings and regulatory changes Details The role is a remote position, with full-time, flexible working hours, with occasional overlaps with the US team.
