Job Description What youre responsible for: Actingas the first HR point of contact for employees, responding to their inquiries promptly or referring them accordingly; Participatingin the execution of various tasks related to the onboarding and offboarding process; Greeting new hires weekly and playing a key role in their first few days of integration; Executingadministrative tasks related to employee movement (transfers, promotions, leaves, etc.) with the support of the Employee Services, Payroll and Benefits teams; Generatingvarious HR reports to support business needs, when requested; Entering employee data into different systems primarily related to employee file management and time and attendance; Contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes in collaboration with the HR team.
Qualifications To join our team:
You have minimum 1 year experience in human resources in a similar position; You have a University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources; You are comfortable with new technologies and good knowledge of MS Office; You have experience with Dayforce HRIS system (considered an asset); You have robust interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written); You are ableto exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality; You are meticulous, organized, respectful of deadlines and proactive.
