In your role, you will work hands-on with families with young children, helping them navigate parenting challenges and strengthen their skills. Reporting to the Senior Home Visitor, your focus will be on promoting child development and ensuring families achieve their educational, health, and housing goals. Your cultural competence will enhance the understanding of community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate regular, supportive home visits for families
• Connect families to appropriate community resources
• Promote child development and effective parenting




• Keep detailed records of interactions for accountability
• Uphold confidentiality and qualified judgment consistently
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in relevant human services field
• At least one year of experience in similar roles
• Effective communication skills tailored to families
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and documentation tools
• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
