Leap Recruitment Partners seeks an experienced Claims Examiner specializing in E&O; claims. You will independently manage a portfolio, applying technical expertise to investigate claims thoroughly. By developing effective resolution strategies and collaborating with legal experts, you will ensure the successful finalization of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of complex E&O; claims
• Investigate coverage and liability with technical precision
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely diary management




• Execute negotiation and mediation strategies effectively
• Collaborate with external counsel during litigation processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in claims handling experience
• Expertise in E&O; and Commercial General Liability
• University degree preferred, CIP designation is a plus
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Bilingualism in English/French is an asset
