• Review life insurance applications for completion and compliance
• Audit internal system for accurate policy setups
• Manage case setups and oversee commission payouts
• Provide exceptional client service to team members
• Send policy contracts to branch offices in a timely manner
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in insurance or similar field
• Proficient in Life and Living Advantages insurance products
• Solid client service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to think out of the box and work independently
