The Sales Associate is an onsite position focused on building rapport with customers both online and in person. With at least 3 years of customer-facing experience and a hunter mentality, you will assist clients in selecting vehicles, negotiating terms, and ensuring amazing customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor
• Answer questions about vehicle performance and financing
• Build rapport with clients through solid communication




• Maintain an updated customer database for sales
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Requirements:
• 1+ year of automotive sales experience required
• Valid CA-issued Driver’s License and acceptable Driver's Abstract
• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s preferred
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
