In this role, you will report to the Head of Canadian Reinsurance and will be involved in underwriting current and renewal business. Employ your understanding of insurance coverage and policy rating systems to ensure accounts are profitable while collaborating effectively with various teams. Your efforts directly contribute to maintaining high standards and profitability in our underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities:



• Underwrite and establish pricing for recent and renewal business • Analyze account information for profitability assessment • Communicate effectively with underwriting and claims staff • Participate in strategic business development activities • Maintain and service an established book of business

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or related field • Some to moderate experience in insurance or reinsurance • Understanding of casualty liability coverage • Knowledge of policy rating systems • Solid analytical and communication skills
