Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance safety and well-being for all site personnel
• Direct all site activities, focusing on budget and schedule
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field teams
• Remove project roadblocks and manage risks
• Uphold quality and conformity to specifications
Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience as a construction Superintendent
• Proven track record in overseeing other site staff
• Journeyman trade certification or equivalent qualifications
• Experience managing projects in the $10-50M range
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
