The Role

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for working in a manufacturing environment with a team of assemblers, insulators and other professional trades, assembling large and small components on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities





- Complete mechanical assemblies by reviewing work instructions, blueprints, and hands‑on training support.
- Install parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Complete QA validations with assistance from team members.
- Perform tasks involving physical labor; operate hand and power tools, wrenching and tightening bolts.
- Maintain a safe and clean working setting by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What You Bring

- Preference given to candidates with experience in a heavy industrial setting or previous experience doing assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanically inclined with experience working with power tools (torque wrench, impact drills, grinders, etc.) and using overhead cranes.
- Highly self‑motivated and career‑minded individuals will receive hands‑on training to further develop skills.
- Brings leadership potential and a growth mindset.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to communicate effectively and solve problems with team members.
- Tube bending experience an asset.
