Pay Range: $17.60/hr – $19.36/hr (Base Pay Range ) Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find what they need with a "friends first" mindset. You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. You assist the team in getting the job done. You do the right thing and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures. Qualifications You love interacting with people. You have full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have worked in retail before. You are at least 16 years of age.
