Are you an experienced AP Specialist with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our company, a leader in the Accounting + Finance industry, is seeking a agile and detail-oriented Consulting AP Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to apply their expertise in accounting, invoicing, AP, GL, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, 3 Way Match, and Advanced Excel to drive our financial success.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing all accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense reports.
- Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables, to analyze and present financial data.
- Implementing and maintaining 3 Way Match system to ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Collaborating with other finance team members to optimize financial operations and contribute to financial planning.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on AP processes, leveraging your deep understanding of accounting principles and industry best practices.




- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and staying updated on the latest industry trends and changes in regulations.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an AP Specialist role or similar within the Accounting + Finance industry.
- Proven expertise in managing accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and expense reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with 3 Way Match system for invoice processing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
- A proactive problem-solver who can identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
