Our Toronto based client is seeking to hire an experiencedSAP Success

Factors (Time Off & EC) Consultant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success

Factors and must be certified in at least one Success

Factors module (e.g., Time-Off or Employee Central).

Additionally, the candidate should also have experience in implementation, enhancement, and support activities for SAP Success

Factors Time-Off and Employee Central modules.

This will be a fully work from home setting.

Key Responsibilities: Configure EC components including Foundation objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, and Role Based Permissions (RBP).

Design, configure, and maintain Success

Factors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance.





Configure and manage Time-Off component such as time type, accruals, calendars, holiday calendars, time profiles, and rules.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into system configuration.

Understanding of onboarding compliance process and new hire data flows.

Experience in CPI will be an added advantage.

Experience in configuring and supporting Onboarding 2.0 will be an added advantage, including process flows, onboarding tasks, forms, and integrations with Employee Central.

Bachelor''s degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
