About the Role As a Windshield Technician, youll be responsible for removing, repairing, and replacing windshields and other automotive glass on a variety of vehicles.

Youll work directly with customers and be a key part of delivering a protected and positive experience.

What Youll Do Prepare windshields, back glass, and side glass for installation based on work orders and company quality standards Provide excellent customer service in person, maintaining professionalism at all times Work collaboratively with other technicians and office staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform pre-use checks on vehicles prior to installation work Properly handle, store, and dispose of glass materials and adhesives to minimize waste and safety hazards Assist with unloading, inspecting, storing, and organizing incoming glass inventory and supplies Communicate proactively with the procurement manager regarding inventory, equipment, or material needs Learn calibration systems and techniques In climate controlled shop,
