As an Intern, you will collaborate with the Managed Supervision and Tier 2 Compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Your responsibilities will include updating client portfolios, reviewing accounts for policy compliance, and managing a shared team inbox. This role offers a unique prospect to hone critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a supportive and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update client portfolios in the system
• Review client accounts for policy alignment and discrepancies




• Monitor shared inbox and coordinate task delegations
• Resolve outstanding portfolio record issues promptly
• Assist with operational and administrative initiatives
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a post-secondary institution or high school
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Eagerness to learn and be coached
