Take on a pivotal role as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with Inland Technologies Canada, focusing on the productive maintenance of airport equipment. This full time position requires technical skills in machinery repairs and maintenance.
As part of our maintenance team, you'll ensure that all vehicles and ground service equipment operate smoothly and safely. You will troubleshoot mechanical problems, perform inspections, and collaborate closely with management on maintenance policies. Familiarity with diesel machines and basic hydraulics will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on airport equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Record maintenance activities accurately in CMMS
• Collaborate with other staff to optimize equipment performance
• Ensure a secure working workplace for yourself and others
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repairs
• 310T license or equivalent highly preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift significant weight and work at heights
