As part of the My Health Team, the Occupational Therapist will assess and provide interventions to clients with various health conditions. Your role includes engaging with patients in both clinic and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Entry-level Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited institution

• CPR Certification as per employer policy
