Human Resources and Employee Engagement Assistant

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant in the Supply Chain Sector in Calgary, Ontario. Are you organized, creative, and passionate about supporting people? We are seeking an HR & Employee Engagement Assistant to support day-to-day HR administration while helping create engaging workplace experiences for employees. Support HR administrative activities including filing, scanning, data entry, and record maintenance
Assist with preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential employee information
Coordinate employee engagement events, including vendor communication, supply ordering, and event setup
Create internal communications such as posters, announcements, newsletters, and digital content
Provide in office support for employee events from planning through execution and cleanup




Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; HR-related education is considered an asset
Demonstrate previous administrative, office support, or HR experience
Exhibit strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees and stakeholders
Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently; experience with Canva or similar design tools is an asset
Total rewards:$30.00 hourly
