In this maintenance role, you will support the daily operations of the property and report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Handling tasks from plumbing to carpentry, your attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities will create a protected home for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute assigned service requests promptly and efficiently
• Conduct appliance repair and assist in unit turnovers
• Identify safety hazards and maintenance needs on the property




• Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds and facilities
• Report impactful maintenance issues affecting budget
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent successfully completed
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience required
• On-call flexibility, including evenings and weekends
• Skilled in basic maintenance tools and techniques
• Familiarity with safety regulations and WHMIS preferred
