Alae Dental is a current, owner-operated dental practice opening in Vaughan in September 2026. We're looking for experienced professionals who are committed to delivering compassionate, patient centered care and want to be part of a supportive team as we grow our practice from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient recalls and follow-ups
- Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Present treatment estimates and coordinate treatment appointments
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Help keep the schedule running efficiently

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience required
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Committed to delivering compassionate, patient centered care

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- Dental receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
