The Role
We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team at The Shops at Morgan Crossing in South Surrey. In this full-time role, you will be guiding customers through their purchasing journey, supporting daily store operations, and helping create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.

What You Will Do
- Greet and engage customers, building genuine rapport and understanding their needs
- Guide customers through furniture and décor selections to find the perfect fit for their home
- Drive sales and meet personal and store targets through outstanding service
- Support the opening, closing, and day-to-day operations of the store
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the showroom floor
- Assist with stock, merchandising, and product displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of retail sales and customer service experience (furniture or home décor an asset)
- A natural ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
- A polished, professional presentation and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor
- A genuine interest in furniture, interior design, or home décor
- Availability to work a adaptable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as required
Compensation
$19.00/hour base wage + commission on sales
