Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agriculture Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of agricultural equipment to farmers, commercial and agricultural businesses. Your expertise in the industry will help clients make informed purchasing decisions while building lasting relationships that contribute to their success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them clearly to customers.
- Robust problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication purposes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
