In this vital role, reporting to the Director of Care, you will work alongside both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. Your responsibilities include assisting residents with their daily activities and maintaining accurate documentation. As a key member of the care team, you promote person-centered care aligned with Optima Living's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support resident care by meeting diverse needs
• Assist in palliative and end-of-life care services
• Maintain accurate reports and observations




• Replenish resident supplies and assist with laundry
• Provide mobility support and assist during meals
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Current registration with College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Experience in residential care preferred
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
