In this full time position, you will navigate between agile coaching and leadership for multi-collaborator teams in public sector projects. Your expertise in Scrum and agile practices will help create clarity, eliminate blockers, and keep project delivery on track. We seek candidates who excel in quick-paced, design-led settings, whether you're a skilled intermediate or a seasoned senior PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for government delivery teams
• Coach teams toward self-management and continuous improvement




• Remove blockers and escalate issues as needed
• Assist Product Owners with backlog clarity and prioritization
• Support collaboration across project stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5–9+ years as a ScrumMaster or Agile Delivery Lead
• Proven experience with cross-functional delivery teams
• Deep expertise in Scrum practices
• Agile certification required (CSM, PSM, etc.)
• Strong facilitation and conflict navigation skills
