B&B; Construction Group Inc. is hiring skilled truck drivers for the 2026 construction season. We seek Class 1A and 3A drivers capable of self-loading and working day shifts/weekends.
This position requires self-sufficiency in loading trucks and flexibility to work various shifts. Preferred candidates will have experience with aggregate hauling and a background in heavy equipment operations. You will operate wide-ranging equipment, including tractor-trailer combinations, three-axle end dumps, and concrete mixer trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Self-load materials efficiently before transport
• Operate different combinations of tractor trailers
• Drive three-axle end dumps and concrete mixers
• Comply with safety standards during operations
• Work day shifts and weekends as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1A or 3A driver's license
• Preferred experience with aggregate hauling
• Heavy equipment experience is an asset
• Ability to work adaptable schedule
• Must comply with safety regulations
